Formerly located in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood, we have been providing individual psychotherapy, couple therapy and marriage counselling since 1989.
We are Registered Psychotherapists (RP), with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Our qualified and experienced psychotherapists have extensive professional training from programs such as the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy, Integral Healing Centre of Toronto, and Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Our work as therapists is grounded in our own individual and group psychotherapy. We have all sat in your chair and know from experience what you might expect from working with a psychotherapist. This, along with our commitment to ongoing professional development, supports the quality of presence that we are able to bring to you.
While our services are not covered by OHIP, our fees are reasonable and may be covered by your insurance and benefit plans.
